Reposhing this item I purchased from @cabo23. Turns out I’m an 11 in Frye boots! These have no insole, so you will need to provide your own. They are in good used condition with lots of life left. Nice leather, mid heel, great quality boots.

Would I say these run true to size? Or size smaller

@salanderscloset I would say yes, but maybe slightly on the smaller side in the toe box

So I'm A 10 1/2 B width. Would these fit me? Or are you a 10 1/2? And if so, how do they fit you?

@urbancowboy13 I’m a 10.5 in some boot brands, like Thursday, and an 11 in most sneakers/shoes. The length was only a potential issue with these for me - it was mostly the width at the toes. I’m a normal D width, so I suspect these might be a fit for you, but obviously I can’t guarantee it!

Thanks for the quick response. Would you be willing to post any measurements, say from tip of the sole to the back of the heel? I'm liking these even though they lack the insole.

@urbancowboy13 I just updated the listing with a few pictures. For the length, I aligned the tip of the boot with the 0 on the tape measure. I also provided the width at the widest part of the boot, and about midway between the widest part and the tip.

Almost forgot to ask regarding the lack of an insole? Excuse my naivete but an insert would remedy this, correct?

@urbancowboy13 yes, correct. You could get an over the counter insole/insert from a shoe store or pharmacy, or a cobbler can make/fit one for you too. I bought these boots with the insoles already missing, so I never had the original leather insoles. My assumption is the previous owner either replaced them with orthotic insoles and kept them, or the originals were somehow damaged before the sale.

Just did a size comparison with an old pair of Dan Post that I have in a size 10 and it is very close. The Dan Post are snug so I'm guessing with your boots, they may be a similar fit, taking into consideration that your boots are 10.5. I'll definitely reach out to you soon. Thanks again for the measurements

Sized my Dan post against your measurements and the difference is significant with the width. Too much of a gamble on these unless returns are accepted. I really do like these.
