It's a camo green mock turtle neck sweater. Ruffle neck Long sleeves 35% cotton, 35% polyester, 30% Merino wool Hand wash, dry flat Imported Item #5562867 Shown on a 5'4 115 pb woman. It has textured detailing. it's been worn but I couldn't find any damage so you're all good on that front.
