Merlette NYC Pink floral smocked dress

Lovely dress that I wanted to love but it did not flatter me and was a bolder print then on their website! I was unable to return (hadn't realized!). It is a size 8 - has some stretch because of the smocking and could easily fit a size 10. Would be wonderful on a tall long waisted person in my opinion. Measurements lying flat: Should seam to seam 16". Slightly dropped shoulder line. Chest armpit to armpit 19". Again - shape of the dress makes this very flexible . Waist on smocking at narrowest is 15" - Stretchable Sleeve Length - 15". lovely flared sleeves. Length 53"
