Merlot & Black Lace Long Sleeve Dress

Merlot wine color Black lace Collared Lined from waist down I wore a strapless lace bra underneath to a NYE party and it looked like it was part of the dress. Only worn once that NYE when I got engaged. :-) But it is missing the belt that it came with.
