priyag97 @sarahg247 definitely not! I'm 5'4" and I wore sandals and it was the right length. Also, if it's too long, it's VERY easy to alter due to the fabric. My mom did it at home with scissors! Also, it will fit your hips. I am around the same. The price is negotiable so give me an offer I'll try to work with you! :)
