It doesn't look like it is missing shimmers or beads, however, it is missing beads in some places, mostly on the end of the train. There is some matching blue tooling under the skirt to help slightly flare the lower portion of the dress. The bottom portion is semi translucent and is shades of shimmery blue and shimmery white-blue to make it look water-like. The spaghetti straps are showing some signs of fading color.
