Brand new with tags leggings from by Emily Hsu Designs. They have a high waist that is comfortable without being constricting and a fun shiny scale pattern overall. I bought them thinking I was a leggings kind of work out girl when it turns out I am more of a grampa sweats and old t-shirts kind of person. But they are beautiful and fun and deserve someone to give them a workout!
