Cute vintage green gingham dress with a smocked panel and hand embroidery of a mermaid. Beaux et Belle from New Oreans brand. Round collar. Buttons on the back. Please note, one of the buttons is missing and the place where it was has a tear. I will try to repair and will update if succesfull.
