Merona Black velvet lace, sheer and satin dress

This dress is black with a floral black velvet and sheer lace-work fabric. The sleeves are 3/4 length and edged with wide black satin. The neck and the bottom of the dress are also edged with black satin. The dress is tunic style and goes over your head. The size is XS but it fits more like a size small. The length is just above the knee. The neckline has a small notch in the front. The dress is perfect as a cocktail dress or for a nice evening event. It is comfortable and moves well.
