Merona Blouse, XS

This Merona blouse is NWOT. It is a size XS. It has loops for a belt or ribbon to be worn but I bought it off a clearance rack and it didn't come with. I figured I had enough belts to make it work. The neck is cowl style and the sleeves have pretty detail. See the closeup.
