Merona Blue/White Striped V-Neck 3/4 Sleeve Tunic

Merona v-neck flowy tunic with 3/4 sleeves, horizontal blue and white stripes, and small pocket. Very small mark on the back near the neckline that is barely noticeable, otherwise in good pre-loved condition. Labeled S but fits oversized (more like M).
