very cute on! I wore it on my waist and since of the paneling, it flares out nicely right from the waist so it gives plenty of room for the tummy area 😊 skirt comes to my knees, but I'm only 5'3 so I'm sure if you're taller, it will be just above the knees. nicely made. material is thick but soft and it's lined. it's a great work wear dress or even with a vintage top Tucked in at the waist with a belt for a retro girl look!
