Merona, Petite Small, Blue and White, Polka Dot Collared dress with Pockets

This is a petite small, Merona brand dress. The dress has a collar and functional buttons down to the waist, where there is a drawstring that ties in the front. Below the drawstring there are pockets on either side. Material is 100% Rayon. This is a thin material that is dark enough to be opaque on the wearer. The last pictures shows how direct sunlight goes through the material. Signs of Wear: There are a few spots on the lower portion of the dress that have white stretches of material above them, like comet tails. This is somewhat noticeable, especially upon close inspection. (pictured.)
