Merona V neck professional dress with flutter sleeves

Beautiful cotton Merona dress that is deceptively professional yet comfortable - it’s meant to look like a blouse and pencil skirt (even has a small slit in back) but is actually one full dress. Has a V neck and flutter sleeves and a hidden zipper. The bottom looks like tweed but it’s a nice material with a light stretch.
