@missyg45 about 19 inches in waist and 24 inches in waist...if I'm measuring correctly. This is a stretchy skirt and size XL.

@missyg45 I'm 5'3 and the skirt doesn't drag the floor. Good thing about the waist is that you can pull it up higher if you need to or lower....it's comfy in that area.
