Merona black and white off the shoulder polka dot dress

This is such a fun dress. Has a flutter detail on the top to be worn off the shoulder, then a flutter detail at the bottom of the dress. Has a small belt to be worn around the dress. Only worn once to a shower. Great for work or special occasions.
