This is a knee-length skirt by Merona. It features a wide elastic waist and soft, very comfy knit fabric. The skirt is not lined. It is super comfortable and perfect for either casual everyday wear or a day at the office. This is a size MEDIUM. Please note that because the waist is elastic and the fabric is stretchy, the measurements do have a little flexibility. Measurements are: - waist - 31" - length from shoulder to hem - 20.5" This skirt is pre-owned and I am the original owner.
