Merona for Target Caroline Shirt Dress Black & White Polka Dot Size 16

Merona for Target black & white polka dot dress. I wore it maybe 3 times total, when I was a size 16 for a minute. I believe I bought this around 2010 or so. Fun to wear as a dress or as a playsuit, with shorts and tank underneath. Adorable cap sleeves and folded collar. Circle skirt. SO RETRO! SO LUCY!! 9 fabric covered buttons. Full lined. Definitely from back when Target sold quality clothing! Attached sash belt can be worn at back or wrapped around to front (shown wrapped to front and tied). Shell is 100% cotton. Lining, 100% polyester. Made in China. Measures (lying flat) -- pit to pit: 22"; waist: almost 19"; length from waist to bottom of skirt: 26".
