Merona off the shoulder ruffle top + cutout detail

Pretty summer top that would look awesome with white capris! Chambray blue with white pinstripes has that seersucker southern style vibe. Embroidered cutouts on bottom sides add subtle detail. The off the shoulder thing just didn't look right on me but I love the style of this! Excellent used condition with no stains, holes, or pilling! 11320191014
