I wore these to hike and be a tourist in the Himalayas, and they were great. Waterproof, comfortable, and lightweight. They slip on and off pretty easily, and are not as hard to get on and off as a full-on hiking boot. Also good with a skirt or jeans. The color is brown ("bracken"). Leather uppers, except for an elastic collar around your instep.
