Merrell waterproof Thermo Rhea mid boots. Worn on one camping trip. *Please note* I felt that these were hard to get on even with the zipper all the way down so I cut a slit on the inside (see pics) making it much easier. This did not effect the fit or look of the boots whatsoever. They are super comfy and durable! Clean, smoke-free home.

hakaber @aiyanarosebloom So sorry, I’m just now seeing this. I have only worn these once and it wasn’t in rain or snow (just hiking in cold weather). I can’t speak to whether or not they are still water proof after making the slit…

nanbom How long is the slit in the membrane you described? Is that done in both boots? Also do these fit like normal 8? Or more 7.5 or 8.5? Thx

hakaber @nanbom Hi! I can measure the slit tomorrow although I'm pretty sure it doesn't go much further than what you see pictured (3rd photo). Yes, it is done in both boots. I am a true 8 and I can wear these comfortably with thick socks. Hope this helps!
