Merry Modes vintage white triple layer under skirt for wedding dress Bridal. High waist the elastic in the waist is stretched out from age everything else is in perfect condition. Size 12. However this is a vintage size 12 so check the measurements I'm not sure how old this item is but my guess would be the 1950s or 60s the waist measurements are 26 to 30 inches the hip measurements are about 40 the length of the skirt is is 44 in top to bottom.
