Stretch waist cottage witch Summer-y skirt. Sheer mesh fabric with purple and yellow flower print. Between 20”-21” across waist unstretched. Can easily accommodate larger sizes , up to 3X/4X because the waistband is elastic and the mesh and lining is stretchy. The liner skirt is shorter, about knee length. The mesh is semi sheer and the skirt is long. New with tags.
