Mesh strapped shoes, size unsure

Honestly, I don't even know how to sell these - let alone where they came from or even what they are. I believe the brand is "Fashion", but I'm completely unsure what size they are - hence the photo with measurement. They're very much like water shoes with the mesh surround and the cinching strap at the top. the bottom sole is very rigid though, much more like hard plastic than a soft rubber.
