Mesh/Floral Blouse

This is a floral blouse with a mesh, polka dot top. It has frills around the neck and on the shoulders, as well as where the flower material meets the meshed top. The floral material is opaque. There is a slight accumulation of fuzz along the edge of the neck frill.
