I bought this dress in a 0 and in a 2 for an event and ended up wearing something completely different. By the time I decided, the window to return had passed. THEREFORE…I have TWO NWT Millie Mini Dresses for sale! SUPER cute on! Perfect for spring/summer events. The bow is actually attached/sewn and it clasps in the back. It does not tie! For reference, the 0 fit me better than the 2, did. I’m 5’5’ and 118lbs. There wasn’t much of a difference between the two sizes, except maybe in the hips.
