Metallic Tiered Party Minidress

Never worn, sadly had bought for an event that got canceled. It’s a super fun, sparkly metallic chiffon-style flowy dress with an elastic waistband and a tiered bottom so it’s always flashy. Never worn but i did take the tags off thinking i was going to wear it. I’m 5’4” and about 128lbs, usually wear xsmall and small in dresses and this fits very true to size
