Metaphor asymmetrical two tone pleated skirt

Black and white asymmetrical skirt, elastic waist, can be adjusted to wear in hi ko style, features loose fringe hemline, very lightweight. Fabric 100% polyester. The small size has stains on the hem, as seen in the pictures, not really noticeable except you look really close. Can be washed I was told but didn't want to tamper with it . Very pretty I must say. Color: black/off white
