Metro 7 off the shoulder blouse

This silver blouse can be used for special occasions or casually. It has a tie on the front which can be used to adjust it to your desired length. The sleeves are wide and cinched at the end which create a a balloon style sleeve. There is a small stain on the back of the shirt that is barely noticeable. I have not tried taking it about but it probably could.
