Metro New York Vintage Paisley Skirt - Green/Multicolor

This flowy and stylish vintage piece is in great condition and has been well-kept, with the only visible flaw being its tag coming away from the hem. This is a midi skirt, 27.5" long, with an elastic waist measuring 22" unstretched. This skirt also has two deep side pockets, giving it a practical touch. Metro New York isn't a brand I've been able to match online, but I estimate this skirt to be from the 80s-90s and have found similar patterns by Briggs New York, indicating a potential past line made by Briggs, called Metro. The size on the tag reads 8, but given its measurements, I believe that to be a vintage size and would more accurately size it for today as a women's US 2/4 or XS. This is a great bohemian summery piece, thick enough to not need a slip and thin enough to be comfortable in the heat!
