No chips or cracks. Vintage.
Made for the famous Cafe Santa Fe located in Todos Santos, Baja California, Mexico.
Pitcher holds 1 gallon of liquid.
Measures approx 7 inches high and 6 inches across and widest point.
Originally built in 1865, the front section of the building, across the street from the famous "Hotel California", the Cafe Santa Fe is a historic landmark. It was reopened after years of closure in 1990 and was a favorite of many a seasoned traveler, rock stars, and dignitaries. It served fabulous Italian food in a casual and comfortable environment. The owner retired around 2019 and now it may be shuttered for good.
Great as a serving piece, a utensil holder in your kitchen, a floral vase. or even a planter!
Sorry about the glare on the pitcher in the photos. I could not find a spot in my house to photograph where this did not occur.
This is definitely a conversation piece AND a piece of history!
