Mexican Embroidered Flower Dress

Mexican Embroidered flower dress. All hand-embroidered. Very beautiful work. The dress was worn once for my sister’s graduation. No brand or tags on the dress. I think this was an Etsy purchase. There’s one small area on the right shoulder where the stitching is lifting up, but it should be an easy fix.
