sheilanellis323 @mkw2107 I was mistaken, and actually had sold a different blouse!...measurements are 22" from under the sleeve area. and not sure if I'm measuring length right, but from shoulder to bottom of blouse is 29". sorry for my confusion! this is a boutique bought blouse, really pretty and never worn.
