Mi Golondrina gray puff sleeve blouse with red/blue/burgundy embroidery sz L NWT

Mi Golondrina cotton puff sleeve Carolina blouse with red, blue, and burgundy embroidery on a gray background. The color is "cafe" which suggests it is brown but in my opinion this is more of a warm gray. Inside of hem trimmed with bright red satin ribbon. A bit wrinkled from hanging in my overstuffed closet, but is new with tags. Size: L Condition: new with tags, no flaws noted.
