Miami from Francesca’s Floral Cold Shoulder Dress

Cute blue floral dress with cold shoulder cut outs from Francesca’s by Miami brand, size xs. Has ties to tie together, used to have a small snap button as well but one half is gone, didn’t use it anyway because one tiny button wasn’t as good as the tie. Worn very sparsely, lightweight and inside is a silky material.
