Miami pinstriped button skirt (Francesca's collections)

Miami brand - from Francesca's. Black skirt with gray pinstripes. Slightly flared circle skirt. Buttons work and can unbutton it to take off. Excellent gently worn condition. No holes or stains. There is a thread pull on the back - looks like maybe it got caught on something when I sat down. It did not actually rip the skirt and is barely noticeable, but see close up last pic.
