Mica‎ Y2K dress Runs Small

Beautiful summer dress in beach colors! This is definitely Y2K because it does not fit like a 12-see measurements. This is perfect for a smaller busted person since it is cut short in the bust as well. Great teen dress. I wish it had actually fit- it is nicely made, has a lining, has a bias drape.
