This is a Mica black lace women's skirt with a beige stretch lining, size small. It has an elastic waistband and is 23 1/2" long with the waist measuring 14 1/2". The lace part of the skirt is 70% Nylon and 30% Rayon and the lining is 100% Polyester. Dry clean only. It is in very good pre-owned condition. Made in the USA.
