Micas white/black polka dot cowl neck midi dress

Size S, never before worn dress from Micas. There is no tag inside the dress to indicate size, but based on my order, it's a small, & too small for me! It's sophisticated in style & a very lovely dress, I just unfortunately am unable to fit it.
