Michael B Ltd Vintage Blouse 90s

This is a women's blouse by Michael B Ltd. It is very 90s with angled cuts and big shoulder pads. It is a button hunt, there is one inside and one at the top that is hidden. Then the are 3 big jeweled right next to each other. I was thinking it was a jacket but others say it's a blouse. It is marked size 12 and the makers tag says petites. It is about 20 inches long at the back and 19 inches pit to pit. There is a stain on the inside of the triple button flap. Otherwise it is in nice shape.
