Stunning Michael Blair blue and white vintage floral dress. Tag says size 14, but measurements are: Bust: 20" flat, with a little bit of extra room due to fabric. V neckline also. Elastic waist: 13" flat, 19" stretched. Skirt is more pencil than flare. One loose thread on stitching near shoulder. No shoulder pads. Belt included.
