@charleneandzeus hi! The straps are adjustable and the back tie can be tightened or loosened to your desired fit. It does run big and I’d say can fit up to a size Small. There also is a hidden front snap closure that can be used for more coverage or left open to accommodate a fuller bust. 🙂
