Michael Kors 100 percent cotton skirt. The black top-layer has a flower pattern cut into the bottom of the skirt with black stitching outlining the entire design. The skirt has a contrasting white underlay. Size 4 This adorable, lightweight skirt is a summer staple. It pairs perfectly with a simple tee and sneakers or dress it up with a top and sandals.
