Michael Kors Dress Pants 27W

Official tag says 16R / 28”W, but I believe a tailor has taken the waist in since laying flat it measures 13.5” across. Length look like it has been taken too as there is about 3” in the hem that can be added (realistically 2”). Inseam to hem is 24”. There are nicks in the front as shown in pics and the back left pockets also has nicks. Still lots of life to it. It’s an odd size given the tailoring work so priced it accordingly.
