This beautiful Michael Kors bag is in very good condition. It is very clean on the inside with 4 side slip pockets and one large zip pocket. It has the key holder inside as well. The goldtoned hardware has scratches and discolorations from use. The shoulder strap has some fraying / loss of the edging (see the last 2 pics). There are two small spots on the back of the bag that have slight discoloration (see pic #14).
