Reposhing this item I purchased from @mer_stone. Love it, but never wore it and it is now too big. Still has tag. This dress isn’t lined. Material is lightweight and would be a perfect, all season clothing item. Could easily layer tights underneathe for cooler weather. Bust measures approximately 20 in across. Waist is approximately 19.5 in across, and is elastic. Top of the dress is blousy and billows. Dress has an overall, fit and flare style. Questions? Leave a comment below!
