julesamanning I have one very similar in black. Could I see pics of the inside and authenticity tag please? Also, are there any flaws or are the braided handles "shedding" any string? Thanks! 😊

jennarae729 @julesamanning there was some shedding but not a lot like I read! I will post pics when I get to my parents house, but for some reason on every site it is extremely rare & expensive & most of the time completely sold out. I can't even find it really, can you?

julesamanning They're actually known for shedding on any braided handles. MK will send them out to replace the handles, but won't give an estimate until they see the problem. You may be having a difficult time finding it as its 4-6 (I can't recall at the moment, years old. Do you still have the receipt? I have it in black, and after viewing the photo of yours closer, it has 2 distinct differences...that's why I was asking for the authenticity tag located inside your bag.

jennarae729 @julesamanning oh I bought it at the Michael Kors store. I would never buy an imposter!! My receipt is so worn out that I can't read it...is the authenticity card the one that says about the leather?? I'm new at selling, sorry!

julesamanning Nobworries, that's why I wanted to see the tag...could be a newer make of the bag. If you look inside the bag (easiest to pull the lining inside out like a pant pocket) there's a clear plastic tag that shows where its made and the date underneath. 😉 does this have the center zipping dividing pocket?

julesamanning Lol, no apologies needed girl! Just so you know, the production date is 9/05, and with the additional pics it looks just like mine. It looked funny in the initial photo. Also, if I recall correctly, it'll say Indonesia or China as the manufactured country above the date. So if you find one on here, ask for the tag. 😉

julesamanning I've been wanting a color, other than the black one I have, for summer and was psyched to find this! I have leather glue to stop the constantly shedding handles...so frustrating to always be clipping them, lol! I'm sure since its in such great condition and is priced so fairly that this is your bottom price?

julesamanning I have to say it's pretty frustrating to be in the midst of dealing with you to potentially purchase, after you lowered it a few days ago to $95, and giving you info about MK bags...not only do I not get a "thank you", but you up the price by $30 on me!? ☹️ And they're only "rare" because they were made so long ago and the handles shedding is a problem so they aren't able to be resold unless the handles are replaced.
