Sorry, I'm not able to go down to $22. The $28 I offered is only 1/3 of the retail value of the sweater which is brand new. If you are able to do $28, I will plan to ship out tomorrow. The other option is to wait until poshmark has reduced shipping promotion. I could lower the price 10% and then you would get reduced shipping to help bridge the price. Thanks!!
