lisabrown417 hello like your shoes. when you get a moment could you snap a photo with the tape measure for your heel height thank you. only reason I'm asking you to do the tape measure. I purchase a pair of shoes and it was the incorrect heel height. and I had to return the shoes back the seller.

mariepassarella @lisabrown417 hello I hope this helps The shoe heel is 3 inches I always check heel height before I purchase any shoe because I wont wear anything higher than a 3 inch heel I am trying now to send photo let me know if you can see and if this helps

lisabrown417 @mariepassarella double checking it looks a little off. looking at how your measuring it should start at the silver tip of your measuring tape from the top back of your heel and bring it all the way down to the bottom tip of your heel

lisabrown417 my apology. the silver tip of the tape measure needs to be in the middle back of your heel. bring it all the way down to the bottom tip that's how you get your measurements by looking at it it appears is probably three in a half inches instead of 3 in. try doing it that way this way and see what you come out with again thank you.

lisabrown417 thank you so much that's correct.. I bought some shoes just like those and I couldn't walk in them because the Heel height was three and a half to 4 inc in height. I thought maybe yours will be at least just three but they all the same beautiful shoe thank you so much
