Michael Kors black ruffle mini dress. Light weight/fluid material. Small NWT.

Black ruffle dress. Fabric falls/flows, and looks like high quality silk. Hits about 2 inches above knee. It is technically a XS BUT, I have the same dress and size in black with hearts on it, and I normally wear a small to medium and it fits me perfect! I get tons of compliments on the one I wear everytime I put it on! Great with strappy sandals, flats, or boots.
